major turning of attitude

after we had dated for a while, probably about 4 weeks, i began to have a change in attitude about the whole dating thing. when i first headed into this situation, i was just looking to meet a neat person to spend some time with and go to things with. i wasn't intending to meet someone who would make me reconsider what i thought i wanted in life or where i thought my life was going, but that's what happened. it was easier for me to write things down and think about them than it was to try and talk about them at the time. so, here is where i decided that this relationship was important to me.

i used a gel ink pen for the writing and lettering and the prang colored pencils for the sign in the background.
